This is the Privacy Policy of Stichting ehvLINC (hereinafter: ehvLINC’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’). This policy explains how we deal with personal information that is obtained via our website or trough the solicitation procedures of ehvLINC. We respect the privacy of our users and business relations and ensure that any personal information we receive will be protected and treated confidentially.

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA TROUGH OUR WEBSITE

When you use our website we collected certain data, in general these will not be personal data. We only collect generic data about the use of this website, for this we use Google Analytics. The settings of Google Analytics for this website are so that no personal data are collected by us. Only when you send us an email through the website, we will receive your: email address, name and phone number.

We use this information to provide our Services and to facilitate your use of the Services. In addition, we may use this information to send you information about our Services and respond to your requests. We may also use this information to send you e-mails and materials that directly promote our Services.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED FOR APPLICATION PURPOSES INTERNS

In order to apply for the ehvLINC program we will ask you to send us a motivation letter and CV. This CV will generally contain personal data. The purpose of the collection of personal data is to select suitable students for the ehvLINC internship. We collect these personal data on the following grounds:

• to be able to execute the agreement and / or user conditions that we have agreed with you;
• to comply with a legal obligation;
• on the grounds of a legitimate interest that is in accordance with or results from the above stated objective, we do this on the basis of a careful assessment and weighing of interests;
• in limited cases: with your informed freely given consent.

Personal data of unsuccessful applicants will be removed directly after the application period, unless consent is given for a longer retention period.

Personal data will never be shared with our partners or any other third party without prior consent from the data subject.

INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

In general we will not provide your personal information to other users or third parties. If we want to share your personal data with one of our partners, we will always ask for your prior informed consent.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER

Your personal information will be maintained on servers located in the European Union.

ACCESSING, MODIFYING AND REMOVING PERSONAL INFORMATION

Under applicable laws you have the right to request an overview of the personal information we have registered about you. You also have the right to request modification of incorrect personal information or the removal of your personal information.

We will respond to any appropriate request within the time period specified by law.

We will retain your personal information no longer than necessary and permitted by law. Application details of succesfull applicants will be stored for a period of 1 year in general, unless we obtain consent to store these data for a longer period of time.

We take reasonable administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect the information that we collect from or about you (including your personal and organisation information) from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

COOKIES

We make use of Google Analytics. Since we use the most privacy friendly settings of Google Analytics, this only places analytical cookies that collect non-personal data.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Any information that is collected via our website is covered by this Privacy Policy. We may revise this policy from time to time.
